Description
To transfer power by connecting the two axes, the key groove is typically used by machines. However, a shrink disc is a mechanical component that connects the two axes by the friction force generated when the tapered outer ring and the inner ring are combined without a key groove machining the shaft. Two methods are used: hydraulic, which combines through pressure of the fluid; and mechanical, which combines through tightening of the bolts. There are two types — single and double — depending on the structure of the outer ring, and special products can be made according to the customer’s order upon request.
